Marble Cheesecakeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

hello! :D i will now.. give out the recipe for.. the marble cheesecake!!:D

you will need:
-3 pieces of philedelphia cream cheese (the one with silver box)
-one piece lemon (which u actually need to grate the skin of it n one teaspoon (or more if u wan XD) of its juice
-plain flour 120g
-sugar 50gram. (i put more than 50 tho.. i think more than a hundred =p)
-whipping cream (i bought the brownes brand one.. 300 ml)
-5 eggs (seperate the yolk n the white slime thingy xD)
-1 table spoon milk (yes, one.)
-butter
-chocolate

weapons:
-one pan thingy to bake the cake
-another pan thingy but abit bigger.. so that u can put the one for baking it..but have water. (steam bake)
-the thingy to make the flour fine (i dunno wats it called T.T)
-mixing machine
-lots of spoon xD
-2 buckets to mix the stuff XD (not bowls arh..)

90 mins

Degrees:
150. (do preheat the oven okie!)

first, u MUST leave the cream cheese out for an hour or so..as long as its soft la.. then..u can start using the mixing machine n blend the cheese. one by one wud be better. then add the sugar. keep mixing still very nice n soft n yea no more sugar bits left. n then!! this will be totally different. abandon the cheese+sugar.. n start mixin another bucket (i dono how to call it T.T) then! on the other one.. take the egg white only.. and start mixing it with the mixing machine thingy. (remember to wash the mixing thing b4 u start beating the egg white.) so.. mix/beat it til its fluffy. then add in one teaspoon/tablespoon (whichever u like..) of lemon.then.. pour the whole fluffy egg white+lemon into the one where u mixed the cheese n sugar. then blend/mix it more.until its soft n creamy. then.. add in the whipping cream while the machine is still mixing it. atleast leave 1/4 left in the box of 300ml. the whipping cream determines the softness of the cake. so the more the softer. 230g of whipping cream yeapz. (or more kekek)

then.. when ur done with that whipping cream.. add in the yolk of the 5 eggs. continue mixing while putting in the egg yea. n then when the egg finish mixing, next will be the plain flour. mix mix somemore. then lastly.. add in the grated lemon. (incase i spelled rongly.. grated means like tiny shreds of the lemon skin.. like shreded cheese.. heehee).

then, leaving that aside, melt some chocolate (not too much, not too many, depends on u actually.cuz i cant measure chocolate..cuz don need so much) u can melt it by putting the chocolate in cup n put in microwave ^^. then when its done melted ah.. u add in some of the batter u've mixed earlier. some oh not so much ^^ its just so u can make the middle chocolate layer and top design later. so yea. when mix the batter n chocolate in cup.. put that aside again.

then butter the sides n bottom of ur pan. then back to the batter uve mixed.. pour half or more onto the pan that ur gonna use for baking the cake. then when ur done with that, pour in half of the chocolate n batter mix onto the pan of batter. spread it.. or leave it, its ok. then finaly, pour the rest of the batter in the pan. thennnn.. u still got the choco mix right? pour that on top.. or just use a spoon or sumthing to design the top. but better pour all n cincai design anything using a chopstick. unless u want wordings.. then yea..spoon or watever can do ^^. then when done.. u can bake it liao. ^^

when 90mins is over.. poke the cake with sumthing to see if its done.. if not.. heat somemore lo ^^ (like wat charlyn did for meee!)

p.s- my first try was BAD!!! lol! cause i didnt have the "Weapon" to grate the lemon skin so i end up cutting pieces off.. so yea u can see bits of lemons skin very the obvious in the cake. blech. second time was.. yea perfect but i didnt butter the pan so it was stuck on the pan T.T then this was actually my third try :D hehe! scary eh? i was so nervous it might turn out bad on that night.. but phew~~ it didnt give any of us tummy ache. weeeeeeeee~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *spin spin*
